MSE / MSDO for me ?

Should I get MSE and MSDO by dr Andreishchev ?
My imw is not super low and my teeth are not crowded so maybe I dont need it?
Still my tounge feels awkwardly wide but probably bimax + braces can fix.
Still though my nose get congested easily which MSE helps with.
Also my chin is narrow not just recessed and MSDO can widen it, bsso juts push it forward.

Also andreishchevs MSE is not the real MSE anyways?
I feel so anxious about this, Andreishchev reponds to me on instagram but ofcourse I want a neutral opinion.

Get MSE first, then Bi-Max with IMDO. Expensive and a lot of pain plus quite some time but this is the best possible route with the most potential IMO. Obviously everyone's result won't be the same aesthetically but that's why there are implants and fillers to cover the little things . There's no one path to ascending or becoming chad/chadlite but this is the best route on paper.
