MSDO is surgical so u do it after MSE treatment ends. U need to go to a Jaw surgeon to get MSDO, but i think orthos offer MSE

well the sarpe cut is literally asymmetrical. it is what it is if you need it you need it. asymmetry may improve afterwards. wider zygos are good usually on palatecels.

msdo for the occlusion. do you have wider bottom arch? then you may not need. but this is kind of an elephant in the room regarding mse
