Does it make my cheekbones more defined and skull actually wider or is it just a cope?

Any cons and other benefits?

I’m 16 and I’m thinking about getting it soon, I’m gonna be 17 next February.

I got MSE and I am worse looking now. It did improve nasal breathing though. Face usually gets more asymmetrical and my palate is now canted as well as my whole maxilla. Due to that my nose became slanted towards one side and it got so big, that it looks comical. The face gets significantly wider as well but usually far more on the larger face half. I already had SFS beforehand and a compact face structure, so results are not really ideal. Get it for minor health benefits but definitely not because of your looks. It will mess up your facial harmony
