It will increase cheekbone width but won't change the orbital. So basically decreases your ESR, making eyes even closer set

Incorrect. The reason most patients that do MSE end up with lower esr is because they don't follow the right protocol. The most common thing with mse is to crank the screw fast in the first days so it reopens the suture. But if you undergo maxillary osteotomy via DOME surgery and progress with the machine slowly, the forces from the device are spread equally on the skull AND the orbitals

Just MSE will do what I mentioned if the suture is open which is true for for people under 20
