im 15 years old and have slightly recessed maxilla but moderately recessed mandible, i've heard that the herbst appliance does recess the maxilla although it advances the mandible, but i haven't heard the same about the twin block appliance, im thinking about getting MSE then twin block, ive had braces with elastics and realized that its cooking me and not solving the root cause of the problem, which is my maxilla and mandible, does anyone recommend this combo to do or have any advice for me?
