What would happen if I started taking like 10 grams of it or more, better benefits ?

I don't think increasing the quantities to abnormal amounts of it would give better results.

Idk that’s the thing, have already noticed those benefits but idk if I start mega dosing i will get even more benefits.

I don't think it will be worth it tbh, just stick with what you've been doing already.

Yes, don't do too much out of the norm.
Study’s show that 6 is like the upper limit and that more than that has no added benefit, but there’s ppl who have taken 20-30 grams a day 😭🙏

if you concluded there aren’t negatives (i don’t think there are since i’ve seen people take 20g a day) try and see.

but i don’t think it’s even worth trying if you don’t think it’s a sustainable thing to do.

I’m doing 6 grams, maybe I could try 10 grams and see what happens.
