Mt1 or Mt2

Im thinking about Running mt1 or mt2 but i dont wanna Take hormonell high risks and now when summer comes i think mt1 is the better option

Yes ik but i hear the hormonell risks of Mt2 are to high and im thinking to do separate to mt1 Sunbank once a week and get sunlight for atleast 1-2 Hours a day
