Been running 100mcg of mt2 Monday and Thursday, so 200mcg all up each week, been getting a few new moles, should I drop dose to 50mcg injections twice per week

Yes. Since the mt-2 side effects are prevalent, it means you're dosing too much maybe too quick. It would be smart to lower the doses for a bit and progressively build up.
