my whole face was quite clear before mt2 i only had 2 pimpels on my whole face max now its a lot more and i was also thinking on isotret microdosing but i dont know where i fucking get it from i was looking on BAA where i get my peds from but they dont have it
Indiamart is an option. If that doesn't work for you, you could try to just get it prescribed.
You can say that you tried many other topical treatment options and antibiotics before, with no success if you want to speed run getting a prescription. If getting an appointment takes too long, you can try domestic tele health providers.
If this helped you, you can click on the right to mark it as a solution.
mt2 can definitely make acne look worse, not because it causes breakouts directly, but because it darkens the surrounding skin too, so any redness, scarring, or post-acne marks end up way more noticeable. it basically amplifies uneven tone. if you’ve got active acne or hyperpigmentation, i’d wait till your skin’s more stable before running it. otherwise you’ll tan over inflamed areas and lock in that discoloration for weeks. if you really wanna use it now, keep doses super low and make sure you’re exfoliating + using something to control breakouts (bp, retinoid, etc). but honestly, you’ll get way better results fixing your skin first, then adding mt2 for an even tan instead of just darkening the damage.

Beyond possibly increasing acne a bit through more sebum production, it can lead to PIE, darker spots that remain after a pimple is gone.

I'd get good quality skin first -> coloring afterwards.

Depending on the amount of acne, I'd just go straight to Isotretinoin at a relatively low dose.
Depending on severity 10-30mg should be sufficient.
Get good moisturizer and sunscreen with it and something for dry lips and you'll be fine boyo. :feelsgah:

Just use MT1. It is more selective so you won’t get all the sides associated with MT2 and it doesn’t touch melanocortin receptor 5 so it won’t worsen acne.
