But injections are probaly the best
I know this is easier but I would go for injectable MT2

It's about 33-50% as effective as injections, on the lower side for myself.
As an unintended result, I did find it was able to give all the beneficial sexual side effects without much tanning.

It will give nosebleeds if you use pure water as a vehicle instead of a very slightly saline solution.

Overall, injections are superior. Injections really are a walk in the park and nothing to dread, if that's what's steering you toward a nasal spray.
