mt2 without sun?

Can i use mt2 even when the uv is 0, and it will remain 0 for a long time since i live in norway.

Ive heard some people say it works without uv but some say it needs uv, i just want a good even noticeable tan without much sides.

I was planning on starting with 100mcg maybe like 2x a week to see if i get any sides and then up dose or frequency.

Should i go to a sunbed? And if so when should i pin mt2 and how much etc
