just go throughout your day rather it's School or work and when your walking into school or the office out of your house and then back in it'll work just fine without having to sit in the hot sun all day as long as your not just laying in your bed with 0 sun exposure its fine a little goes a long way with mt2

Use mt1 instead since mt2 needs sun exposure
