So what exactly is Stacey Goggles? Stacey Goggles is where your around so many fat/overweight chicks that a slim/normal weight but facially plain woman (Becky) looks like a 9/10 Stacey in comparison. But reality is she's just a 5-6/10 plain jane that keeps herself at a respectable/desirable body weight.

This even effects Chads. It effects all men. Chad might be working in a small office and his 6 female coworkers are all thick/chubby/fat.... or just middle aged. Then slim Becky joins the team and he's immediately catching feelings for her and checking her size 4 body out. But so is the slim average joe in accounts. She's elevated to Princess levels, where as if more of her female peers were in shape that wouldn't be the case, as the male attention would be evenly distributed and not centered on 1 or 2 women in a group of 6 women.
