Yes, here is a pic, i tried to lose weight but sadly im busy with other things now, but i will start soonAre you really 30% body fat? Post body pic.
If you are really that fat, do a cut. And then do a bulk after.
I wonder how much of that gut is really just bad posture making it look bigger than it really is. You look like you have lordosis of the spine. I think I have lordosis too. But I am leanmaxxed atm.Yes, here is a pic, i tried to lose weight but sadly im busy with other things now, but i will start soon
How tf can you be too busy to lose weight? Not eating literally frees up time...Yes, here is a pic, i tried to lose weight but sadly im busy with other things now, but i will start soon
Im chad even though i gained 25lbs in the last past months. If you dont have bones and ur not lean its over but with bones and being semi fat u can still mog.You should forget dating completely at 30% body fat and concentrate on eating healthier. Online dating in particular is hard enough for ripped guys who have minor facial flaws, let alone fat guys.
If you are at the edge of obesity you will just ruin your psyche seeing little to no matches for months upon months.
To put it bluntly/harshly, to most young women an obese man is automatically a 0/10. There is no point doing looksmaxing procedures until you are at 10-13% and your bone structure is visible. Being lean is the biggest looksmax you can do as a fat guy.
Remember, your competition in 2022 on apps is guys who could be models if they wanted to. Going there as a fat guy is brutal.

If your body fat is over 25% you are automatically 4/10 SMV (in most cases including in the west where standards are Elitist.) There are a few exceptions in cultures that favor fat people, Japs practice sumo-wrestling and Africans see being overweight as a sign of wealth to name a couple examples. Is it possible to be Mtn or htn at 30% bf ?

Yes you can be HTN above 15%, even 20%. Not 30% though since that is obesityno bro sorry. U cant be HTN if ur above 15% bodyfat imo.
HTN by definition is having facial features that stand out amongst normal normies. So that means having a good jawline, good cheekbones, good maxilla etc which can only standout if you have low bodyfat. Else they will be hidden under fat.
No need to be sorry bro, thats the reality, i was curious about it so that why i asked here if some people could reach this level even if they have this big amount of fatno bro sorry. U cant be HTN if ur above 15% bodyfat imo.

Yeah i agree with you that the posture has big effect to make it seem like that, but i think that the pic wasnt that good, cuz im really fat i weight 92 kg and im 175 cm, i also have weight scale it measures the fat percentage and it says that i have 30% bf, anyways thank you so much for the help and advices i will start soon with burning this fat and correcting my postureI wonder how much of that gut is really just bad posture making it look bigger than it really is. You need to do core muscle exercises to strengthen your abs and obliques. Apparently that actually corrects the lordosis problem in some cases. Eat at a calorie deficit. 1,500 calories per day. Lift weights and do resistance training. 7-12 reps per set for 3-4 sets, 25-35 max reps per exercise. If you can do 12 reps per set without getting tired, increase the resistance. If you can't do 7 reps without hurting yourself or really tiring yourself out, decrease the resistance. Do cardio regularly. Eat 2g of protein per kg of bodyweight per day. And try to space the protein out throughout like 3+ meals per day as evenly as possible.
