Let’s see it. It’s not unbelievable it’s just that for most staying sub 15% and getting to 10% is suicide inducing the entire time.

Well idk what to say thats what i got when i was tested. I was almost hospitalized as a kid but my mom forced me to eat basically

It’s extraordinarily easy to maintain 8-10% or less when you have replaced your endocrine system with exogenous hormones and do not feel hunger whatsoever due to Cagrilintide. Not to mention getting sub 10% is rapid with DNP.

Cope thread. If your natty then sub 10% isn’t sustainable, sure. But being natty is the equivalent of basically having your V card in 2025 JFL.

idk about that don't even need anything to maintain 12% bf you should still be hormonally healthy im pretty sure ive been at that all my life until my bulk from like a few months ago
