its so 50/50 you either become chad or look like you have down syndrome and its hard to predict. for most cases i would only do pexy to strengthen what you already have instead of changing the tilt. too easy to get uncanny results in the eye area + can relapse + risk of asymmetry etc etc

just do clavicular diy pct surgery
