no they are way less invasive than orbital decompression or infra implants , it's just a soft tissue lift / stretch

The problem is that many doctors don't post before and afters, like Daniel Ezra in london does canthoplasty, like the only guy in the whole of the UK and he has 2 shitty before afters lmao.

I'd rather see taban just because I know he can produce good results, even if it is at a huge premium. Taban is expensive, but remember you get about 4 treatments all at once, and I am not aware of any blackpilled surgeons that offers orbital decompression purely for aesthetics.

But no doubt there are plenty of doctors capable of good canthoplasty or canthopexy, they just need to show good before afters otherwise no one will fucking know and worry about being botched and looking like shit.

There are iranian surgeons that produce great results on women lmao see example. But with women its easy, you just hoist the lateral canthus up as high as possible to create that extreme positive canthal tilt, if you did that to a guy they would look very feminine.
