With enough body building, surgeries, colored contacts, hair system or shaved head, moneymaking, tattoos, and status maxing he could ascend.

Don't underestimate what's possible with modern surgeries. They can literally slice up your skull and face and re-arrange it like a jigsaw puzzle. If it doesn't come out good, more surgeries.
