muscle imbalance in chest

the left side of my chest is noticeably smaller than the right side are there any things i can do to fix this? also i have this issue where i tend to use the right side of my body more when doing any kind of movement how do i force myself to actually use both sides equally?

Honestly best way is to use a heavier weight on your unbalanced muscle and your balanced muscle would have lighter weight so you are still working out both but ur fixing imbalance(pls mark as solution)

whats ur age and do you have pictures of ur muscle imbalance ?

make sure to work in plenty of dumbbell exercises. what works best for me is to go till (or near) failure on the weaker side and do that many reps on the stronger side too. its good to use a barbell but don't overtrain one side
