What would you guys resort to for putting on muscle mass in the span of 3 months, before summer even.
I posted a thread about my test cycle and it's coming soon but i also wanted to wonder about RAD-140, I seen a thread on here and was impressed with results.

To be honest I just need to gain weight I'm more skinny than i'd like to be atm and I've got like 3 holidays planned for summer.

Feel free to include any other compounds that may achieve muscle mass + weight gain. Preferably something that has negligible bloat or can be negated.

not speaking from personal experience🤓
but if u can tolerate ment, even at 150mgs a week u could easily blow up in that time frame. high intensity training 3-4 days a week, 350g protein, pad the rest with carbs

biggest cope. you don’t even need that much. 0.8g per pound is enough
Protein max and keep to a strength training schedule. Two rest days tops weekly. Always switch the routine. Stress the legs, thus leg days. Walk that shit out at least once a week.

Tues: lower
Wed: rest/walk
Repeat indefinitely or until you become SOMETHING ELSE:

Experimenting. I keep my muscles fed with protein and fish oil. So far, everything is good, though the pecs may need some work soon because of gravity.
 
I was planning to use whey with my test thanks
Don't forget the banana. If you have constipation, drop a few prunes into the shake or add a prebiotic fiber supplement

Been training for 4 months and have gone from 67kg skinny fat to 72kg shredded.

I just drink like 2L of raw milk everyday and atleast 6+ raw egg yolks.

Fiber isnt prebiotic lmao, its literally indigestable.

what would you say is better. test e c or p. everyone has a diff opinion but i jus want my first cycle to be a small dose as i’m also short and skinny. 53kg and want 250mg for 12 weeks

Been drinking raw milk for a long time and never had any problems at all

what about deer antler extract
if you buy it its probably extracted with toxic chemicals and nobody knows what the end result actually is due to the process so no
if you make it probably good but i doubt its as powerful as balls and eggs

Dont run test, drink raw eggs and eat raw testicles. You will ruin your natural T production and it will cause serious consequences in your future.

Yes raw eggs are good, but so is raw milk. It contains high amounts of igf-1 thats completely gone when pasturized and a lot of other stuff. If you get it from a trusted source with healthy cows, its one of the best things you can consume for health benefits and muscle building.
 
u can blast everything but if u dont eat in a good surplus u not gaining any weight 🌊
