I haven't seriously worked out or had a decent diet for like 6-12 months. My strength went back to noob-tier.
Now for the past month I've been working out consistently again and I am almost at my highest level again (~90%).
Lifefuel even though I still look DYEL and am fat asf.
57.5kg(125lbs) overhead press (no leg-drive) for reps (3x8) is like top 5% in my gym lmao. I peaked at 62.5kg 3x8 but that was years ago.
My T-levels must still be decent.
lifefuel yet I still look DYEL and subhuman so whats the point tbh.
I am trying to minimize time in the gym, stress, effort at this point. Because i don't even like working out, I am only doing it for looks/physical-health.
I am never going to count calories/protein ever again neither.
I am only doing this to flex on people which is subpar motivation to put in effort.
jfl honestly. I need to find a better way which I enjoy more where I am physically active which improves my physique.
