Soon I will be hopping on my first cycle of 500 test e and 20mg var, also an AI. I know test decreases collagen synthesis alot and I heard some AIs also do but Im not sure about that. I also know anavar increases collagen syn. Now I really don't wanna tear something but I also wanna maximize gains so Im asking if I should still progress at the same rate like I do rn natty even with all the extra strength or should I keep going to failure even on those heavier weights. Going to the gym for a year now btw. Thanks​
 
Just increase weight at a normal pace. Dont go up too fast or you’ll tear some shit
