i used to listen to music while reading manga or playing games and it was pretty fun but idk when did it reach the point that i need music to be happy it might sound weird but i can't be happy anymore without music i get mad when my headphone's battery dies and can't think straight without music idk how to get rid of this addiction either lol

Probably find tge ways to break that connections in your brain, therefore try to read manga in silance, something you enjoy and listen to music separately, that you enjoy. Then try to do something you enjoy without music to train your brain to be less addicted

You should find another hobby and do it without music as well
