i have good base underneath but need to burn fat

if it doesnt take too long, could you send a basic routine monday to friday

I'm no expert. I used to study this shit on youtube years ago. Tried different splits and different exercises

In the end i did full body workouts every time i went (5-6 days a week). Just because i liked it the most. Together with high meat diet i saw good gains

Can't really give u advice tho cos i know others know much more about training than me

I don't know much about routine but I'd advice you to do HIIT at least once a week if you want to work on your cardio. You can find 10 minute HIIT trainings on YouTube, they burn calories like crazy.
