Do 3-5x20 of each for up to 7 days a week

Ab exercises

the following i have found to be most effective:
Planks for abs, and side planks for the obliques

leg raises

Now, why would you wanna do abs?

1) working out abs will help reveal your sixpack at a high bf% than they otherwise would have (or if you already have abs it will make them more apparent)

2) Strength. Most athletic movements require the use of core muscles

3) if you don’t work calfs you are missing out on a good amount of potential muscle recruitment.
It’s always good to have more muscle regardless of if they increase your strength and aesthetics or not, because it increases your metabolism making it easier to lean down.
For this reason i am also an advocate of training legs

Forearm training

i prefer the following:
hand grippers

wrist rollers

wrist curl, these can be done with dumbbells too, and you don’t need a bench to perform it either (no shit use your brain)

DO A LOT OF VOLUME WHEN TRAINING FOREARMS SINCE THE MUSCLES THERE ARE MOSTLY TYPE 1 MUSCLE FIBER

reasons to work forearms:

  • in a t-shirt forearm along with the neck are basically the only muscles visible
  • it can increase your forearm vascularity
  • Grip strength
I hope you faggots learned something

only if you already have the muscle mass
If you are beginner I see now point in doing these isolations tbh

no it doesn’t you fucking retard
neck size is very dimorphic
dimorphism is always good

Doesn’t look aesthetic at all makes shoulders look smaller

Indeed, even shit you don't think matters like Hand size and wrist size is attractive as fuck to women.

Tony ferguson looks like shit in psl standards but in youtube comments of an interview I watched, women were thirsting over his hand size lmao (look at that handmog right there, fucking just mogging that faggot)

Overall exercises that require the whole body to be active result in a aesthetic body. Like pushing large tires n shit. Weight training only most of the time doesn't look aesthetic unless you have lucky af genetics like Jeff seid and david laid. So if you do weight training add a lot of various full body movements

The only muscles that are worth isolating are:

The triceps (2/3 of the arm)
The biceps (1/3 of the arm)
The neck

In that order.

Forearm size is mostly determined by your genetics and the drugs you are using.

This. Just get a pull up/chin up bar at home, one of the best investment you can make and its pretty cheap too.

I think the worst muscle group for aesthetic is the traps imo, you want developed traps but too much traps look like shit because it makes the shoulder look smaller and more sloped even though it is very high t trait.

Pull ups are an insane exercise, great for posture as well. And yes, the trap part was also Steve Reeves and Frank Zane's philosophy when it came to bodybuilding, both had insane physiques for their time.

Everyone should have a pull up bar at home imo, it just too good of an exercise and I agree its great for posture and also great if you have muscle imbalance which a lot of people do.

Wide grip for those lats and close grip for upper back.

I mirin Steve Reeves and Jim Haislop to this day, pre/early golden area bodybuilding physiques are ideal if they were a bit leaner imo

Just looked up Jim Haislop, damn he seemed to have very good muscle bellies/overall fullness.

Abs ... COPE!

How do I train neck without weights

Barbell overhead press for front delt
Lateral raises/Upright rows (or both) for side delt

Slight incline dumbbell press for chest
Flies (cable or db, doesn't really matter) to stretch it further

Pullups (add weight) for back
Rows to belly for lats, high rows (to nipples or higher) for upper back

Any bicep curl for bicep
Some kind of french press for tris and a tricep dominant push movement (can be dips or maybe close grip bench)

Abs, neck - do whatever, push for more volume tolerance, mutiple sessions in a week

~600mg test every week, aromatase inhibitors when bloodwork shows high estrogen

2.5g/kg bw of protein, calories to match weight gain/loss goal

that's literally all you need to to do to gymmax, anything else is overthinking

Yes

Forearms and abs get enough action if you just follow a split

Maybe if you have incel genes and they start lagging behind you can start adding these in

Neck is legit though

bro i'm afraid of anybody IRL identyfing me so i wont postbody. that's paranoid,i know but better be safe than sorry.
but i can tell you i bench over 140, have squatted 200 multiple times and deadlifted 250 at one point (that's kg) and also am bretty buff. that doesn't do me much good as i am a 5'7 manlet kek.
anyways i think the xercise selection i posted is really good if your goal is to look gud

normies call me big all the time irl but because of height, bad frame and incel face i don't look attractive by any means - i have typical gymcel look to me
but if you have good genetix and manage to get to repping like 80 kgs on ohp, rowing 100 kg with good form you will look godlike

I’m a beginner with no muscle yet tbh but normies call me wide or muscular bro I want to have a body like you
Etc
Jfl at normies meanwhile im 82-83kg 16-17% bf 182cm skinny guy

yeah to normies that’s probably muscular but idk they don’t have a clue

i can call myself big when I am 13-14% bodyfat at 90-95kg

You don't need neck training if you're working your upper traps with compound movements, if you've been training for ages doing compounds, have a nice body but you feel that your neck is bottlenecking your physique, then at this moment you should isolate it, otherwise, it's absolutely ridicule.

first off you barely train the part of the traps that are on the neck when doing normal lifts
secondly, you missing literally all the other major neck muscles :lul:

and the buff people you see with big necks are on steroids. Steroids can increase neck size just from androgen receptor expression

big neck is bad if you have no jaw or low hyoid position. (most of us)

If you think that your neck is chicken tier, then yes sure, go ahead and train it. Otherwise, you're fucking retarded to think that people will be amazed at your neck, nobody (except some equally dumb people on this forum) will give a shit that your neck muscles are developed.
Instead of focusing on useless shit like this, go socialize with people and put in practice what you learned.

nigga neck training is not for “amazing other people”
neck size is extremely dimorphic and frames the face better
good looksmax

no, big necks can make your facial fat more distributed from the increase in surface area

it’s true
obviously it’s not gonna affect the fat on your literal cheeks or something but it will affect the surrounding areas of the neck, like the lower jaw and double chin
