So here is what you do: 1. Recall a trauma, how a human harmed you in the past.
2. Imagine how you teleport yourself from now to the old trauma-situation
3. When ur there, mentally TORTURE EXTREMELY HARD and even KILL in every way imaginable WITH GIGA HATE the person who did this to you, do that for at least a minute, until u feel u inflicted enough damage. a minute should be enough, but feel free to do more.
4. if the trauma comes back, repeat doing steps 1-3 every day or so, until u feel no trauma anymore.
The key is associating the trauma with how u keep harming that person mentally
do that for every other trauma
5. for traumas that dont involve a human harming you, you can go to the situation and imagine feeling EXTREME HATE and going ER in that situation, destroying and burning all surroundings u experienced in that situation.
