I've been pretty sick for 2 years of not looking attraction, having no attention, so I have been doing my best to look better. I first started this last summer at 215 lb by walking 12 miles a day and eating 1000-1200 calories. I was losing weight FAST, but I plateaud at 150 lb and am now 131. I have been lifting 5 days a week for the past 3 months, take creatine (among other supplements), and am doing recomp/lean bulk. Please let me know if I have a chance with my current dedication and what I could do with my hair, face.
