My 1 year journey from eating vegan to daily raw food

I had:

Massive brainfog
Small maxilla
Low T and cuck looking
No salmonella
No giardia

I now have:

Brain function improved due to butter and raw fish
Maxilla expanded
High T, like goatis, very robust, mogger
Salmonella
Giardia

Raw milk, meat, etc all are staples on my diet but raw pork bacon is the best IMO. Make sure to not get it from the supermarket since it's not corn/soy free, otherwise you will poop green for a long time lol

I agree with eating animal products primarily but this rawtard diet is unsafe. The meat you can buy is low quality, vaxxed, roided up garbage. Cooking is a safety precaution to avoid disease. Poster boy Goatis has been hospitalised from it
