Today marks the 12th week of my test cycle, I plan to run it for 12 weeks more and then go on cruise 250mg. Right now I am at 500mg. My 2nd cycle I might go upto 1g. I am a very low aromatizer.

This is my bloodwork, no Ai.

Overall very good progress. I train 7 days a week and eat 180g of protein a day atleast.

In my opinion, training 7 days a week is law with a a day off in between 2 weeks or something. The “GIVE YOUR CNS REST BRO!!” Is a cope made by lazy cunts to not go to gym. Your CNS will work whether you are working out or not. Your CNS does not rest.

ever thought about running an oral instead of a gram of test
