I don’t see it as demeaning tbh unlike some of the brown cucks on here I’m proud of my ethnic identity. it’s just slang to me. If anything I find it a little funny

what I did was get leaner, drink/eat plenty of collagen and vitamin c foods, ensure I was eating a balanced diet with lean animal proteins, complex carbs, and healthy fats, as well as use minoxidil/grow out my hair.

also prioritized sleep a ton and do that whenever I have free time where I’m not studying/socializing/working out
