1. weigh yourself weekly and and write it somewhere to truly see the weight change
2. listen to your bodies and avoid injuries be wary of signs that something may go wrong
3. it's never wrong to including cardio it's healthy just make sure you eat enough to support both
4. improve flexibility
5. the earlier you start the better
6. be consistent
7. read books about it
8. keep volume to your fitness level you start with low and gradually increase
9. include spinal erectors in your program it's a critical muscle for posture (the best excercise is roman chair back extension)
10. do your reps slow and controlled you are training for size not for endurance
11. remember to increase the weights
12. recognize what works for your spesific body
13. be healthy
14. diet is important, eat the right amount where you are not gaining too much fat but stilll building muscle do not make the same mistake as me
15. look at it long term do not overreact if you are weaker over a single workout
16. think about periodization (advanced technique if you are a starter just start)
17. do not get overboard with dietry fats
18. have fit friends
19. document your progress
20. have fun
