incline bench was at plates to fail

also decided to get the guy as well
 
was expecting to see pics of urself and not a bar with weights

i just started gymcelling 2 weeks ago by going to football workouts and i was totally sedentary before

tbh from the limited things i know it's a based lift that works an assload of muscles at once, no reason to not be doing it
also the only lift i know my max for rn tbh

disclaimer: personally, i only do hexbar deadlifts, or romanian deadlifts, or kettlebell swings. but this guy trains Thor from GoT, so he must be legit
