My 60-year-old colleague is the craziest “frame mogger.”

I have a 60-year-old colleague—the guy probably has collarbones that are about 20cm/8inch each. He’s extremely broad even though he’s 60. I don’t know what kind of genetics that is, because he’s not very tall, around 5'10", but he feels as wide as Bojack, just from pure bone structure, since he clearly doesn’t train.
