Despite the use of retinoids for months, more specifically adapalene.

I eat fast food almost daily, but Chad can do so without getting outbreaks, so that is obviously not a catalyst.

I'll just continue using adapalene and pray that it goes away some day.

Getting them in your midface or on your zygos is the worst.

sometimes certain foods are inflammatory for you while they may not be for others. gluten for me inflames my skin.

How do you investigate cause and effect?

You diagnosed yourself. Stop eating fast food dummy.

Don’t eat any sugar or junk food , change your pillow case every two days, drink mad water, use only gentle face wash like la Roche posay toleraine, use SPF cerave daytime cream.

Hop on accutane elsewise it might help u if ur nose is too big as a bonus

Also don’t listen to niggers here saying do a honey cum mask, that shit will clog ur pores AF

it was mostly experimenting. I cut out a lot of foods from my diet at like 17 and started eating a lot healthier. I started re introducing some foods into my diet and I food that gluten was the main culprit behind my problems because when I ate it I got some acne and my kp also came back. it is just a matter of experimenting tbh.

Ik I'm asking have you tried those
Ohh, no. I don't think they would be much more effective than adapelene, accutane perhaps but not really worth the offsets for me personally.

Same story as you, and after years found out milk, gluten have caused 50% of my acne severity at least, while for non food stuff parfumes have a major inflammatory effect breaking me out alot, including from scented shampoos

You may also suffer from yeast instead of bacteria, which is more annoying to deal with. An easy way to figure out if its yeast causing this, use a shampoo with Ketoconazole on your hair 2-3 times per week, and see if this helps, but if you are also sensitive to perfumes then buy an odorless one

Diet is cope for such chronic acne. If inflammatory foods were the cause you’d break out and acne would go away.

Chronic acne like this is most likely A Vulgaris and it won’t go away until your androgens stabilize in your 30s or by late 20s.

the root of the problem is excess oil production (again more androgens means more oil) so wash your face 2-3 times a day with a cleanser, use a topical anti biotic in AM and then maybe use retinoid at night. I’m not sure about adapelene’s efficacy compared to tret so I won’t comment on that.

A long term solution is, start with oral anti bitoics , when acne inflammation is super low, start Accutane to control oil production. And after your course is done, your acne may never return

.01% tret or go on accutane anything else is cope

start with oral anti bitoics
antibiotics will hurt you in the long run.

Every piece of meat we eat has antibiotics, you do not want more in your body I assure you that

Just microdose isotret (10-20mg/day or EOD). On it for 40 days now.

All the blackheads on my nose have disappeared. Never had my nose look this smooth, albeit I didn't care too much about those. The acne on my beard area is almost fully cleared as well.

Called my doctor last week to ask for a prescription. I told him I was already buying it online and saw good results after a month. He was extremely shocked that I bought it online and that I was self-dosing this drug. And the nigger still didn't want to prescribe it to me because he thought it was a trash drug JFL. Fuck all doctors.

Why don't you use tretinoin?

Have you ever done one of those gut health tests, it could be beneficial.

Doesn't fit my character. I'd be more likely to threaten violence, perhaps I'd threaten to kill the derm's family.

maybe increased hormone levels i.e. more test from better diet? also when I had lots of skincare shit i would still get acne. I think the trick is finding a balance between necessary and unnecessary. I was using hyraulonic acid, salycic acid, niaciminde+zinc, cleanser, moisutrizer, etc. and I was getting acne

You consume toxins and then wonder why your body tries to expell said toxins.
