Long Term:
Fix Acne
Gain Muscle
Get even leaner

Once that's done:

Tan
Mole removal (Laser)
Icon Treatment + Whitening (Fixes hypoplasia teeth)
Contacts (Instead of glasses, not colored)
Otostick (Slightly flared ears)
Concealer (Hyperpigmented under eyes)
Haircut + Highlights

Yeah leanness and acne are 60% but all the other stuff matters alot too, not individually but the flaws add up
