I mentioned here to a user that my addictions can be described as a big gray monster.
This is how it looks to me every time I crave drugs, porn, and junk food:
And it has been destroying my physical and mental health forever. But not this time. I won't let it tempt and corrupt me. I will tell the big gray monster that it's not my friend and drive it away from my life forever.
