I went from looking older than my actual age at 22 to looking younger now at 24 (turn 25 in 1,5 months).

People guessed my age at 25-27 when i was 22.
I aged myself due to high cortisol, bad sleep and bad habits (smoking etc), sun damage (went to turkey a lot without wearing spf) + bad aging genetics in general.
These things will age you a lot, you will lose collagen rapidly, even in your teens.

I’m now almost 25 and people think that i’m 20-22.

What did I do to reverse signs of aging?
- I’m now almost one year on retinoids, started with retinol and switched to 0.05% tretinoin (ketrel).
Tretinoin works and it gave me clear bright, glowing and youthful skin.
- microneedling with dr pen
- injecting with ghk-cu
- overall a good skincare routine with high quality vit c, matrylix 3000 ha serum, moisturizer and spf.
- sleep is still shit, but diet is good.
- regular exercise

I also wear concealer and bb cream. Helps too.

Still smoke weed and do snus, but reduced it.

My hair is still good and healthy. Thick wavy middle part hair. It halos me in real life. People regularly compliment me on it and it obviously plays a role keeping me youthful.

It takes a while.
Retinol works too technically, but you need to apply it for around 5 years to get the same results as you would get with tret in 3 months, that’s why it’s sold over the counter and it’s pretty much useless.

The results you’re looking for will show up at around the 6 month mark with consistent application and the full results you’re looking for will show up around the 1 year mark.

I think avoiding the sun is at least 80% of staying young. Not only does it age skin, it also causes hair to become gray/ white faster

Yeah, that shouldn’t be a problem for most users here. Since they’re autistic basement rotters.

“I also wear concealer and bb cream. Helps too.” Don’t wear them then ask.

I’m not saying your routine doesn’t work but it’s still a cheatcode saying I’m doing all that and also applying makeup.

I’m doing basically everything you’re doing but I’m also taking dut

Yes it 100% works. I had the same issue as you. People used to guess me way older sometimes several years older than my age (this was before I wore spf or took care of my skin)

It’s been a year now since I started taking skinmaxxing seriously and my skin is much better. I don’t get any major breakouts anymore. I used to have faint laugh lines, but those have gone. My skin is doing well, and best of all, people now guess me to be my actual age or even sometimes younger hehe

I’ve read some stuff about it casually but I haven’t taken it yet. It sounds very interesting. I wonder if anyone here has some experience with it?
