For many guys, if we had lower appetites and desired food less we would be lean and feel fine. When I got close to 15% bf @169lb, my face was insanely better than it looks now. But muh bulking muh size gains I use that shit as an excuse to eat too much and end up looking the same, just more muscle+fat. Never ends
