My approach to dieting without any glps/ diet suppressors

I can't hop on reta till about next month but I am not letting that stop me from getting much leaner
Current stack
After trt only for about two months I am running
250 test, 15mgs rad 140 (Poor mans var will sub out when I move out next month) 1mg dut and topical ru every day , 10 mgs Cialis and all orals taken pre workout ofc. If I feel the need to take an AI I will introduce a little bit of aromasin, My stance when it comes to taking test is to take as much as possible without feeling the need for an AI, if the little amount of AI is not enough I will decrease the test. other random shit is my 40 mgs of isotrent and 50 mgs of melatonin to try to not fuck my liver.

Been running this for about a week, plan is to hopefully go from about 14/13 percent bf to closer to nine in four weeks, eating about 1700 cals a day, my maintenance was about 3200 cals a day with a pretty active lifestyle.
My approach is simple:
1. All carbs are consumed pre workout, I have noticed that my workouts have not diminshed and I still feel "full" during my lifts . I try to eat about 200 grams of carbs before lifting
2. I am trying to keep my fat intake to under 15 grams a day, fats are the macros of incels, they don't do jack shit espically if you are enhanced, all fats do is rape your macronutrient profile and waste calories
3. stimulants are key, nicotine (not used stupidly like smoking it aging you to death but invest in some pouches), caffeine and anything else are great for suppressing appetite.
4. heaviest meal at night, I eat about half a pound of the real good chicken, its pretty good it keeps me feeling full throughout the night.
5. I do not recommend doing excess cardio for the sake of burning calories, picking up an active job is far more optimal, walking on the stair master for 30 minuets just so you can have a little bit more food will never not seem retarded to me.
Overall I feel I have taken the best approach to minimizing hunger and still keeping solid gym performance. Rope if you have visceral fat in 2025.
