My wingspan is that of a 6'6 person despite being 5'10. Should I leg lengthen to 6'3-4, then just fraud wearing shoes to 6'6?

your torso would look way smaller than rest of your body.
There was a thread in BOTB about correct body proportions for LL u should check it out

normally you'd want 2 inch longer wingspan than your height
