Did you employ proper swallowing techniques and chew with less volume to reduce buccinator usage to achieve hollow cheeks

I started doing both of those around 14 along with chin tucks everyday until around 17. I can't know for sure how much that made a difference because I was still chubby but photos of me as a child wouldn't suggest that i'd look like I do now

I'm 20 now and my skin has cleared up from accutane (that pic was from new years when I was still 19) but I've gained a few kgs since then so not using a new picture.

Started losing weight again so should end up looking even better than before because of the accutane, will post a new thread then
