To start off I am 75kg and 6"1 about to turn 17
My skincare is already tapped in alongside my water intake but my sleep schedule is dogshit rn so im forcing myself to bed at 10pm each night to wake up at 6, minimizing bluelight exposure with redlight filters a few hours before bed and not eatting 2 hours before bed to hopefully maximise the final part of my growth plates being open.
My diet is also very tapped in and I get all my macro and micronutrients as well as carb load before the gym for those juicy glycogen stores to be filled to the brim like prime Lana Rhodes. I am going to progressively start eatting more though as my goal is to hit 85-90kg. I consume 0 processed food or sugars, and also supplement Magnesium, Zinc, K2+D3, Ashwaganda, Creatine, Selenium, L-Theanine
Now for the juicy stuff
I am going to start:
Test P 250-300mg a week with daily injections to minimise large spikes (cruise)
HGH 4iu eod before bed,
HCG 250iu twice a week
Anavar 10-12.5mg daily
Minoxidil 2.5mg daily
Dutasteride 2.5mg daily
Accutane 10-20mg daily
Cialis 2.5-5mg daily
MT2 250mcg eod
Retatrutide 2-4mg weekly
BPC-157 250mcg twice daily
I have only been training in the gym for a year and a bit seriously, but I have done like four years of gym programs twice a week at school so I think I shouldn't be wasting my nattty gains too badly and who tf wants to wait 2 years or more to get that sexy body halo?
I am also going to purchase a dermapen which i might combine with topical GHK-CU however this could be unnecssary with the accutane as well
ANY HELP OR IDEAS TO ADD TO THIS TO HIT GANDY LEVELS OF MOG ARE APPRECIATED
