I have very little knowledge besides the surface level of what I read so feel free to call me retarted if I mess this shit up. And to preface this whole thing, I think that my current failos don't need major major surgery so I will be focusing on the minor ones. If I had to say one that needs major surgery it would be maxilla and mandible projection, but my main concern for now is my front.

Beginning: To start, I already have solid plans through my orthodontist, and covered by insurance to get mse (specific type of marpe). What I am hoping I get from this is minimum 6mm of expansion, and hopefully more. This should help to improve my smile, and this is the cope part, is another hope of mine being my face externally becoming wider, and subsequently my jaw width. Along with that hopefully there is a chance that I get downward growth, zygos (via the zygomaticomaxillary suture) rotate outwards, and the wider jaw angle making my chin from the front wider. most of my plan does center around this but I drew my copes from a source which I am not sure is reliable. (https://jawhacks.substack.com/p/57-marpe-vertical-excess-problems)

Middle: This is all the stuff that should directly follow the mse and subsequent braces/aligners. So again my failos aren't the worst, but I have a pretty decent deviated septum. This is guaranteed to be covered by insurance (visit to the ENT said so) and will obviously straighten my nose, more symmetrical. Along with this, hopefully in the same surgery to save money I will get an alarplasty to bring the outer rims of my ala downwards, as well as moving my septum slightly upwards. Doing this I hope to remove my septum visibility from my side profile, and even out my face from the front as it does have an effect, and with that slightly raising my septum will give me a longer philtrum, but will fix that ratio with my chin as my philtrum is short, but shorter than it should be.

End: Currently the last step of my plan is to get a small amount of fat grafting under my lower eyelid. This to hopefully raise my lower eyelid slightly as well as hide my sunken/recessed infras. Also I am not sure if the added weight from the fat will make my eyelids sag even more, so I am semi considering implants, but I thought that was more major so I am mainly thinking about fat grafting.

I should have said this at the beginning but I am 17 (will be 18 by the end of expansion), but the mse should help quite a bit, and by the time my teeth are realigned, which shouldn't be too long as I already had braces, my sutures will have stopped growing so the septoplasty is more viable and less likely to go back to deviation.

To pay for all of this I have about 2 grand saved up but I have a lawn mowing business where I hire my friends and only have to find jobs for them to do and we split the earnings. And I am going to online tutor throughout this school year and next in college, if I haven't made enough from my lawn business.

My final idea is to go to a teaching hospital at least for the septo and alar plasty as they are pretty minor and I assume won't get botched even by a student with an attending in the room, all that to save quite a bit of money as opposed to a private practice.
