Full Ascension Plan
I know this might not be perfect, and I might be dumb about some parts, so help me improve it instead of just insulting me.
Current Stats
- Age: 15
- Height: 5'7
- Weight: 85 kg
Phase 1: 3βMonth Cut
Goal: Lose 15 kg in three monthsDiet:
- Every day: Two plain grilled chicken breasts
- Six eggs per day, 5x a week
- 500 g chicken liver
- 4 eggs
- Eggs only
- Once a month: 24βhour water fast
Activity During Cut
- HIIT: 1β2 hours daily (except Sunday)
- Walking: 15β20k steps daily
- Sports: 1 hour daily (basketball, swimming)
- Sunday: Rest
Phase 2: Height Maximization
Plan:- 8 IU HGH daily for 12 months
- Arimidex (Anastrozole) every other day (correct me if wrong on dosage)
- Testosterone
- Estradiol (E2)
- Total + Free Testosterone
- Lipid panel: Total cholesterol, LDL, HDL, Triglycerides
- Bone health (long-term)
Phase 3: Steroids
- Start after 12β14 months of HGH + AI
- Either continue HGH + AI with steroids or stop HGH and start testosterone
- Likely on steroids until 19
- Weeks 1β10: 500 mg Testosterone Enanthate weekly
- Week 3 onward: 250 IU HCG twice a week
- Pre-cycle
- Mid-cycle

- Eyelash curler
- Castor oil for eyelashes
- Volufiline for under-eye
- Eye exercises related to squinting (unsure if effective)
- Natural: Dark brown
- Using contacts: Honey or dark green
Hair
- 3B curls which i dislike
- Use hair relaxers every few months to achieve wavy hair
- Grow to medium length
- School rules prevents long hair on men.
Nose
- Goal: shrink nose
- Plan: hydrocortisone (skin thinning to reduce size)
