Just joined this website, 16 yrs, 6’0, 182 lbs; here’s my softmaxxing plan:

- Going on accutane in 10 days
- Make sure I am always hydrated (not going to track volume of water consumed going to track by color of urine)
- Cut out all sugar, seed oils, and inflammatory foods
- Keep skincare simple
- Wash face immediately after workout
- I already use a tinted sunscreen but when that’s only good for my face and there’s obviously going to be times i’m not wearing it
- Going to try out betacarotene (20 mg/day for two weeks)
- If I don't see results from that i’ll research sourcing melanotan 2
- Currently a huge gymcel which is definitely reflected in my body. As much as I love benching 255 i’m starting a slow cut (100 cal deficit) until I am about 170 lbs or less depending on how I feel
- From there I will lean bulk while continuously tracking training, sleep, and diet. If I am not happy with my progress I will consider going on MK-677
- Currently on PPL x Arnold with an extra rest day (so an 8 day cycle) but if I begin to plateau I will switch to U/L
- I shave everything on my upper body except my head and arms
- Once i’m on accutane I probably won’t need to wash my hair
- Based body works sea salt spray/pomade since I have straight hair (should prolly get a calithe watch too)
- Trims every couple months (need to moneymaxx)
- Whitening strips every two days
- Retainer every night
- General good hygiene (tounge scrape, water floss, mouthwash, electric toothbrush)
- Dye with Just for Men whenever it starts to wear off
- Eyelash curler every time i’m about to go out
- Pluck excess hairs with tweezers every few days
- Topical Minoxidil for eyebrows
- Looking into how I can grow eyelashes safely
