Skin

I have brutal acne scars and acne rn aswell as forehead lines.My collagen is completely fucked and thats on me.
AM:Wash with WATER only,Moistourizer,Sunscreen
PM:Cleanser,Tretinoin 0.025%,Moistourizer
Dermastamp TWICE a week
Beta carotene+Sun
Good diet and lots of bone broth.

Hair
I am currently at the growing out phase which makes my hair really ugly and look homeless.But thats normal.I have wavy/near curly hair so expected.
I have pretty bad scalp issues such as dry scalp,flakes,itchiness,redness which is obviously from my shitty diet.

Scratching the flakes with comb
Oiling dry scalp with jojoba oil
Shampooing 2-3 times a week with a gentle shampoo
Scalp massager use
Good diet which is law for everything.

Teeth
I asked @charliewillascend about teeth and chat gpt.My teeth are yellow and have plaque.I am going to change that.
Brushing with all natural coal toothpaste 2-3 times a day
Hydrogen peroxide and water solution swishing in mouth for 30 sec 2-3 times a week
Flossing every day
Coconut Oil pulling every day


Eyebrows

I have really wide eyebrows and lack density.
Trimming the ends for more positive tilt and less width(wider than forehead which is still dimorphic)
Dying it with beard dye
Minoxidil after showering so nearly once everyday.

Gym,Leanmax,Body

I am 20+% bodyfat which is gigadescension.Dont ask why.
I do ARMS AND SHOULDERS,LEGS,BACK AND CHEST,REST REPEAT(mostly)
Water fasting multiple days(I always min 16-20 hr fast because i dont eat at school and before school due to my allergy(cant eat outside) therefore add more to the fast to get actual results from it.You dont get results from intermetting fasting for antiaging or other properties.Minimum 1 day for fat loss aswell.)

Supplements
As you can understand this is sort of a beginner looksmaxxing plan so supps are nothing crazy.Not on cycle or blasting.
Vit d3k2 olive oil 4k IU,2 betacarotene pills,1 Mag citrate pill.Ik basic shit


Diet

Although my aim is to have a diet like Paul Saludino i wont be consistent with it right now knowing my self.So heres my diet for now.inb4 shit diet

Eggs,Red Meat,Chicken,Fish,Vegetables,Pickles,Bread,Raw/Pasteurized dairy,Fruits,Energy Drinks.These are somewhat the foods that dont effect my allergy as much so i will consume these for now.


PE

Right now i am researching products like bathmate etc.I dont think self performed massages are usefull.My plan firstly is to lose weight.I got around 25 pounds to lose which will make me very very lean.Which puts me at 6.? idk girth.


Height
My posture is bad.Pelvic tilt.Forward head,shoulders and more.It even effects me walking.This is mainy because im not active enough do to rotting and having nothing to do outside.I dont walk enough.And i have bad fat distribution which makes me pelvic tilt worse.Lean is law for my posture.
Rotational,stability and compound exercises for abs,Stretching the stiff muscles and strengthening the weak msucles thats causing the bad posture,Stretching,Leanmaxxing.
Additionally:
I will get my growth plates checked and might use HGH saving money for potential use now.

Additionally:
Will start my first test e cycle in 3 months hopefully.

More bones and obv muscles.Simple.I will report back.I dont care if someone says its cope and wont work for bones.I will see myself.I am 19 btw.


Mental health:

I dont see mental health being spoken in threads like this one.I dont have friends whatsoever and stuggle with conversations a lot.That is due to lots of reasons.But the main issue about me is my self confidence.Even though some can have an amazing social circle as a manlet or mtn(which ik lots of people) i am not one of them.I dont feel comfortable around other people.So tbh i have no clue about socializing.You can drop reply about it.But even then i dont see myself being social.For now atleast.I cant get a gf rn cuz i have giganuked health indicators and im fat.So not much hope with other people right now.I will mostly try to stay outside walking,movies,buying products,traveling etc.This is all i got for now tbh.And bunch of studying to feel better and have a reason to live.I dont really have a reason other than school.

u forgot to add hair protection protocol if you are genetically inclined to balding if you are not then this seems good

Buy a micro needle. They are a must.


They are the most effective DIY method at tackling acne scars, boost collagen by up to 600%, AND you can use it with minoxidil on your eyebrows as if you micro needle the area after you apply the minox it will absorb WAY better, therefore way better results.

They’re expensive but for you it sounds like it’s worth it.
I’d buy the Dr Pen M8, 1mm needle to tackle the acne scars and 0.5mm on the eyebrows with minoxidil.
They are VERY effective, and actual non cope looksmax.
Look at before and afters yourself on TikTok.

Don't use roids if you expect facial bone growth, deeper voice or some other benefit. At best, your penis might have grown if you were before the age of 16. Now that you are 19, you won't experience stuff like that.

Also HGH won't make you taller, don't take roids.

Right now i am researching products like bathmate etc.I dont think self performed massages are usefull.My plan firstly is to lose weight.I got around 25 pounds to lose which will make me very very lean.Which puts me at 6.? idk girth.

My posture is bad.Pelvic tilt.Forward head,shoulders and more.It even effects me walking.This is mainy because im not active enough do to rotting and having nothing to do outside.I dont walk enough.And i have bad fat distribution which makes me pelvic tilt worse.Lean is law for my posture.
Rotational,stability and compound exercises for abs,Stretching the stiff muscles and strengthening the weak msucles thats causing the bad posture,Stretching,Leanmaxxing.
Additionally:
I will get my growth plates checked and might use HGH saving money for potential use now.

Additionally:
Will start my first test e cycle in 3 months hopefully.

I dont see mental health being spoken in threads like this one.I dont have friends whatsoever and stuggle with conversations a lot.That is due to lots of reasons.But the main issue about me is my self confidence.Even though some can have an amazing social circle as a manlet or mtn(which ik lots of people) i am not one of them.I dont feel comfortable around other people.So tbh i have no clue about socializing.You can drop reply about it.But even then i dont see myself being social.For now atleast.I cant get a gf rn cuz i have giganuked health indicators and im fat.So not much hope with other people right now.I will mostly try to stay outside walking,movies,buying products,traveling etc.This is all i got for now tbh.And bunch of studying to feel better and have a reason to live.I dont really have a reason other than school.

Hair
I am currently at the growing out phase which makes my hair really ugly and look homeless.But thats normal.I have wavy/near curly hair so expected.
I have pretty bad scalp issues such as dry scalp,flakes,itchiness,redness which is obviously from my shitty diet.

Scratching the flakes with comb
Oiling dry scalp with jojoba oil
Shampooing 2-3 times a week with a gentle shampoo
Scalp massager use
Good diet which is law for everything.

Teeth
I asked @charliewillascend about teeth and chat gpt.My teeth are yellow and have plaque.I am going to change that.
Brushing with all natural coal toothpaste 2-3 times a day
Hydrogen peroxide and water solution swishing in mouth for 30 sec 2-3 times a week
Flossing every day
Coconut Oil pulling every day


Eyebrows

I have really wide eyebrows and lack density.
Trimming the ends for more positive tilt and less width(wider than forehead which is still dimorphic)
Dying it with beard dye
Minoxidil after showering so nearly once everyday.

Gym,Leanmax,Body

I am 20+% bodyfat which is gigadescension.Dont ask why.
I do ARMS AND SHOULDERS,LEGS,BACK AND CHEST,REST REPEAT(mostly)
Water fasting multiple days(I always min 16-20 hr fast because i dont eat at school and before school due to my allergy(cant eat outside) therefore add more to the fast to get actual results from it.You dont get results from intermetting fasting for antiaging or other properties.Minimum 1 day for fat loss aswell.)

Supplements
As you can understand this is sort of a beginner looksmaxxing plan so supps are nothing crazy.Not on cycle or blasting.
Vit d3k2 olive oil 4k IU,2 betacarotene pills,1 Mag citrate pill.Ik basic shit

Although my aim is to have a diet like Paul Saludino i wont be consistent with it right now knowing my self.So heres my diet for now.inb4 shit diet

Eggs,Red Meat,Chicken,Fish,Vegetables,Pickles,Bread,Raw/Pasteurized dairy,Fruits,Energy Drinks.These are somewhat the foods that dont effect my allergy as much so i will consume these for now.

Literal poison ngl, glad i stopped it. Best alternative surprisingly is oral castor oil 5-10ml a day since it increases PGE2 which is responsible for hair growth. Will improve your brows and lashes.

Works for weight loss. You can do the occasional 3 day water fast and drop a full kilo of fat without any muscle loss, but only if you use sparingly like once a month. I’d just hop on a GLP1 and do OMAD.

at 19 they are most likely closed. when was the last time you grew? Also height max is astronomical cope, no one has grown more than their predicted height. If you want to roid, do it for body nothing else.

If you hit puberty early and remember being taller than most of your classmates as an early teen the chances of your growth plates being open are next to none but if your still growing even a cm a month then its worth getting the xray NOW, its free if you visit a gp or the american equivalent and say your worried that your low on HGH and would like to get a x ray on your wrists (or knees)
