this is going to be a long thread so i made a TL;DR for all the lazy fucks who dont mirin my effort

1. Teeth: Overbite, Crooked Teeth, Yellow Teeth

I just got braces, so in 2–3 years my overbite and crooked teeth will be fixed. I have a very narrow palate, so I'm going to ask my dentist about getting an MSE at my next visit.
I can’t really whiten my teeth right now because of the braces, so I’ll just make sure to brush three times a day. Once my braces are off, I plan to use whitening products. I'm not sure what actually works, so here's a list of products I've heard of—please let me know which ones are effective and how to use them properly:
  • Opalescence 35% bleach gel (with custom trays)
  • Crest Whitestrips
  • Whitening gel
  • Whitening syringe
  • Whitening tray
  • Cotton pad (optional)
  • Remineralizing gel
  • Hydrogen peroxide
  • Teeth whitening strips
2. Fixing sleep
I regret this so fucking much. Ever since I was around 10, I’ve been sleeping too little and had terrible sleep hygiene. But now I’m going to fix it. Here's my plan:

  • Use a weighted blanket
  • Wake up with a light alarm
  • Get blackout curtains to block all light
  • Use a box fan for white noise
  • Stop sleeping on my stomach
  • Take a warm bath 2–3 hours before bed
  • Keep the room cool (16–22°C)
  • Avoid eating before sleep
  • No alcohol, drugs, or caffeine
  • Relax mentally before bed
  • Avoid long naps during the day
  • Dim the lights and avoid blue light 2–3 hours before sleep
  • Wear blue light glasses in the evening
  • Go to bed at 22:00
  • Get lots of natural light during the day and keep it dark in the evening
  • Sleep and wake up at the same time as many days of the week as possible
  • Turn lights off and on at consistent times in the evening and morning
  • Take 20-minute naps after school if needed
  • Read book before sleep

3. Gym
I’ve had a gym membership for a few months, but I haven’t been going and have been making excuses for why I shouldn’t go each day. From now on, I’m going to stay disciplined and go 3–5 times a week. I’ll include neck training, make sure I’m eating enough calories and protein, and train efficiently.
I’m not sure what workout split to follow yet—I might just use the one from this thread: https://looksmax.org/threads/how-i-...aturally-my-detailed-exercise-routine.431952/) im also gonna do hiit sprints and training hyoid
4. Testoterone
I feel like my testosterone is really low—it might just be because I’m a late bloomer, but I want to improve it naturally. I saw someone recommend these foods and tips to help boost testosterone:
  • Coconut oil (1 tablespoon daily)
  • Zinc-rich foods: oysters, red meat, shellfish, mushrooms
  • Avoid legumes, as they may reduce zinc absorption
  • Eat healthy fats: mackerel, eggs, extra virgin olive oil (2–3 tablespoons daily)
  • Salmon
  • hot food

these might be cope lmk.

5. Eyebrows and eyelashes
My hair is blonde, so my eyebrows and eyelashes are barely visible. I’m planning to grow them out and then dye them during summer break.
To help them grow, I’m using:
  • The Ordinary Lash & Brow Serum
  • Minoxidil (5%) — not sure yet if I should use it topically, orally, or both
  • Castor oil
  • A dermaroller
  • A spoolie brush and eyelash wands
When I go on summer break, I’ll dye them using Just For Men beard dye.

6. Pale skin
I'm pale as snow, so to fix that, I’m going to use astaxanthin, beta-carotene, and either tanning drops or a self-tanner.

7. Supplements
I don’t know much about supplements, so I just wrote down everything I’ve heard of. Please let me know if any of this isn’t worth the money or if there are better alternatives:
  • Vitamin D3
  • Vitamin K2
  • Shilajit
  • Tongkat Ali
  • Ashwagandha
  • MSM supplement
  • Nitric oxide
  • Magnesium bisglycinate (1–2g, 4 times a day)
  • DIM
  • Chrysin
  • Zinc
  • Fenugreek
  • Creatine
  • L-Carnitine
  • Vitamin E (500mg/day)
  • Raw lycopene powder
  • MK-677
  • ghk cu
8. Smell
Of course I wear deodorant, but I’m going to buy Dove Clean Comfort, which is apparently one of the best. I’m also planning to buy a fragrance.

9. Skincare
I really don’t know much about skincare, so I’m just going to list what I’ve heard. Let me know what I can improve or what products I should buy. For reference, I have oily skin in the T-zone.
  • Tinted lip balm
  • LUMIFY Redness Reliever Eye Drops
  • Erborian Super BB "Doré"

Routine:
  • Cleanser (AM + PM)
  • Moisturizer (AM + PM)
  • Vitamin C serum (AM)
  • Niacinamide (PM)
  • Exfoliate 2–3x a week — salicylic acid or a gentle physical exfoliant

10. Foods to avoid
Chickpeas, peanut butter, margarine, food from plastic containers, soy, ketchup, sugar, pasteurized milk, cheap yogurt, burgers, frankfurters, canned foods, heavily processed foods, flaxseeds, and vegetable oils.

TL;DR
  • I’ll have braces for 2–3 years; I’m going to ask my dentist about MSE and whiten my teeth once the braces are off.
  • Fix my sleep hygiene.
  • Stay consistent at the gym.
  • Maximize testosterone naturally.
  • Grow out my eyelashes and eyebrows, then dye them.
  • Get more tan.
  • Take the supplements listed above.
  • Buy a good fragrance.
  • Improve my skincare routine.

I wouldnt reccomend relying on specific foods and supplements to increase testosterone , from the list stuff like vitamin d3 and zinc are important but you should be getting that in a balanced diet and lifestyle anyway , ashwagandha is decent from lowering cortisol and improving sleep quality but in terms of foods that you mentioned they might increase your test in the short run but if you want to reliably increase your test(naturally) you should make lifestyle changes(gym or combat sports if you want to be natural) and a diet consisting of whole foods (cut out all the processed bullshit you can) and a good amount of meat and eggs while avoiding the stuff that you mentioned.

GOOD softmaxes +- , but you have to start with injectables if you really wanna ascend instead of going from mid ltn to high ltn but going to mid to high mtn which is really possible since youre starting so early. YOU need, not could, need to start test , hgh and tren to grow your palate

Stats: I´m 6´3 at 15 years old and weigh 66 kg im currently like mid ltn facially
this is going to be a long thread so i made a TL;DR for all the lazy fucks who dont mirin my effort
