Stats - 5’11 12%bf hmtn

Plans - accutane, dut eventually (on fin), custom anterior malar implants combined with paranasal implants. I want custom jaw implants but most look terrible so I’m not convinced yet.

Rhino if necessary after everything else.

Considering lefort 1 but my alar base is already wide and my philtrum is borderline long so im hesitant.

If all else fails i will geomax to somewhere in Asia or settle down with white mtb with body halo.
