Hello,today I will be talking about my plans to ascend during this year.
Right here is my plan
Down here is how I'm going to execute it.
Please rate my plan out of 10 and help me impove it a bit.

Eyelashes and Eyebrow growth:
I'm going to implement a routine that is simple yet effective
At night,I will cleanse my face with a cleanser,then I will apply The Ordinary multi-peptide eyelash serum on both of my lashes.
I will then right after take a Q-Tip and put a little amount of Minoxidil Forte 5% Gel on it and apply it on each brow.
After letting it rest for about 30 to 45 minutes,I will apply castor oil on my lashes and brows with a Q-Tip and go to bed
I will do this every night.
Plans for my hair:
I'm planning to get a perm to get 2b hair since I think it would fit me better than my current hair type which is 3B - 3C.
After getting this perm,I'm going to dye it brunette because I don't like the black look.
Food and Diet:
I am still on a caloric deficit to lose weight,but I should remove some things from my diet like sauces,spices,etc.. since even if they are low-cal they are still bad for me.I'm going to keep diet sodas but I will limit myself to no more than two a day.
I will remove all condiments from my diet and I will try to replace spices with the actual food itself.
After all these changes,I'm still going to stay on a caloric deficit and keep my macronutritional intake the same.
Skincare:
I have the easiest skincare ever,that's because I already have good skin genetic.
I basically just cleanse my face and apply moisturizer on my face and vaseline on my lips and eyebags.
The thing is that I am really inconsistent with this.So I will try to be stricter.
I also have to remove blackheads.
Hygiene and smell:
I'm going to shower everyday in the morning,as of right now I shower one day in the morning and the next one at night.Which makes me smelly on the days I shower at night.Therefore,my solution is to just shower everyday in the morning.I'm also going to try to stick to a scent like coconut,vanilla,exotic,etc..
Contacts:
I have edited myself with different eye colors and I have came to the conclusion that light hazel green fits me best and would improve my coloring alot,therefore I will purchase a pair and wear them.
Goatee:
I have tried the goatee filter,I look good with it and have been told I look good with it by many friends.My plan is to just use minoxidil on that area and skip it while shaving.
After I get a decent amount of growth,I'm going to dye it 2 shades darker than my dyed hair.
Sleep:
At the moment,I sleep roughly 6 to 7 hours a night.I really need to add 2 hours of sleep atleast per night,I scroll alot mindlessly before bed (About 2 to an hour and a half) so I think it's as easy as just closing my phone and falling asleep.
Neck training:
I'm going to start neck training to have a more masculine look and to make my jawline pop a bit more.
My plan is to neck curls and neck extensions
2×5-8 till failure. Once a week.
