Hello,today I will be talking about my plans to ascend during this year.
-Grow my eyelashes
-Grow my eyebrows
-Get a perm
-Eat better
-Keep cutting
-Be stricter on my skincare
-Better hygiene
-Dye my hair brunette
-Get hazel green contacts
-Grow out a goatee
-Dye the goatee 2 shades darker than my hair
-Sleep more
-Start training neck

⬆️Right here is my plan
⬇️Down here is how I'm going to execute it.

Eyelashes and Eyebrow growth:
I'm going to implement a routine that is simple yet effective
At night,I will cleanse my face with a cleanser,then I will apply The Ordinary multi-peptide eyelash serum on both of my lashes.
I will then right after take a Q-Tip and put a little amount of Minoxidil Forte 5% Gel on it and apply it on each brow.
After letting it rest for about 30 to 45 minutes,I will apply castor oil on my lashes and brows with a Q-Tip and go to bed
I will do this every night.

Plans for my hair:
I'm planning to get a perm to get 2b hair since I think it would fit me better than my current hair type which is 3B - 3C.
After getting this perm,I'm going to dye it brunette because I don't like the black look.

Food and Diet:
I am still on a caloric deficit to lose weight,but I should remove some things from my diet like sauces,spices,etc.. since even if they are low-cal they are still bad for me.I'm going to keep diet sodas but I will limit myself to no more than two a day.
I will remove all condiments from my diet and I will try to replace spices with the actual food itself.
After all these changes,I'm still going to stay on a caloric deficit and keep my macronutritional intake the same.

Skincare:
I have the easiest skincare ever,that's because I already have good skin genetic.
I basically just cleanse my face and apply moisturizer on my face and vaseline on my lips and eyebags.
The thing is that I am really inconsistent with this.So I will try to be stricter.
I also have to remove blackheads.

Hygiene and smell:
I'm going to shower everyday in the morning,as of right now I shower one day in the morning and the next one at night.Which makes me smelly on the days I shower at night.Therefore,my solution is to just shower everyday in the morning.I'm also going to try to stick to a scent like coconut,vanilla,exotic,etc..

Contacts:
I have edited myself with different eye colors and I have came to the conclusion that light hazel green fits me best and would improve my coloring alot,therefore I will purchase a pair and wear them.

Goatee:
I have tried the goatee filter,I look good with it and have been told I look good with it by many friends.My plan is to just use minoxidil on that area and skip it while shaving.
After I get a decent amount of growth,I'm going to dye it 2 shades darker than my dyed hair.

Sleep:
At the moment,I sleep roughly 6 to 7 hours a night.I really need to add 2 hours of sleep atleast per night,I scroll alot mindlessly before bed (About 2 to an hour and a half) so I think it's as easy as just closing my phone and falling asleep.

Neck training:
I'm going to start neck training to have a more masculine look and to make my jawline pop a bit more.
My plan is to neck curls and neck extensions
2×5-8 till failure. Once a week.

Please rate my plan out of 10 and help me impove it a bit.

I also went for colored contacts, but they're a hassle to put in, and irritate your eyes after a while, so keep in mind you likely won't be wearing them long term. The rest of your plan is pretty basic routine, good luck

I've never tried contacts ever before,what should I expect and what are some tips you'd give me?

I might make a guide on how to put them on, but you can expect a lot of difficulty depending on the length of your eyelashes when you first try to put them on.

They'll fit fine and work like you expect them to, but if you're working 8+ hour shifts then expect your eyes to get irritated, or if you're in hot climate.

Yeah there's no way you'll survive that without some pretty noticeable irritation

Not to mention that even if it wasn't hot and you wore them for 5 hrs a day, then daily usage still irritates your eyes

Good question, I haven't tested this out on myself.

Another good question is, are you really going to be putting eyedrops into your eyes every 3 hours every day?

Dont get a perm, if you have blond hair keep it, and don't get a goatee. For your hair if you need to change the way it sits put conditioner in and let it dry. A light stubble is best but at your age keep it clean is probably best, no harm trying but be ready to kill your babies. For you eyes add in eye drops to whiten the albumen of the eye which will help any eye colour pop. Lastly you should make sure to have a clean room at all times because even if its not a direct looksmax thing it will improve your skin and sleep and general mental health which affects your looks, this is imo one of the most important things there is even jordan peterson agrees lol

yeah I read that but didnt bother deleting what i wrote lol, hair color isnt very important between brown and black but if you want to dye it id say go for an explicitly dyed look rather than taking it up a few shades, you might even prefer black if you max out your coloring

lower appeal, especially to young girls. at your age girls prefer more feminine features on a man, such as longer hair and lack of facial hair. When you are going for girls above 23 you want to stop with pretty boy look, but for now just try to look 1:1 like chico

well they are under 23 so they prefer fem features so be prettyboy, but I dont get why you want older girls anyway. You are 14 right? Date 13 and 14 year olds and be their first boyfriend and you will have a better woman who will grow to be more attractive in the future but stay with you because you were first.

I wear vision contacts but contacts in general are more of a hassle than you expect

It's so so frustrating for me to apply them everyday because of my long lashes, which is a feature you're working towards

In your climate they will also dry out and get painful fast, eye drops only help so much. Every time you remove them you need to rinse with solution or they will blur easily

It’s doable if you’re dedicated ig, but it's mainly the long lashes though they make it so annoying

my friend wears them for vision and they also happen to be light green it isnt that much of a hassle for him

prescribed from a doctor i dont know where he gets them from but the reason he wears them isnt just for vision but also his parents are brown eyed but he was born with blue eyes and an eye infection so doctors had to give him the lenses he told me this happend he proved it by taking his lenses off and they were blue lucky ass nigga ngl
