My balls have been itching for well over a month.

From what I can recall, ever since I shaved my balls in the shower a month ago, it's been itching rapidly at the most random times of day, sometimes even for hours on end. I'm genuinely unsure how I'd stop this itching, I use baby oil and lotion to try sometimes relieve the itching, but it's like throwing water into the ocean, it's fucking useless. I use a Gillette Razor, some cheap shit from amazon so that may explain why, but any tips on how to stop the itching? As I'm writing this its unbearably itching.
